A deeply ingrained ethos of making the promotional pound work harder
Over three decades, we have been producing advertising and promotional work that is results dependent. The current phraseology is ROI (Return On Investment). There is no greater discipline than direct response because every pound spent has to generate a return and it is in direct response that PJM has its roots - from postal bargain spaces in the national press to targeted mailing campaigns and catalogues. It is a discipline that we apply to all our work from brochures and exhibitions to point of sale and web design. This is probably the main reason that we build long-standing relationships many clients having stayed with us for over 15 years. Some have left yet come back to us.
Why? We believe it is because we go beyond the merely adequate...
